Dog walkers rescue £16k masterpieces from skip in Hampshire

Two oil paintings discarded in a Hampshire skip fetched £16,000 at auction after being spotted by a dog walker. The works, later authenticated as 19th-century portraits, were sold at Bonhams in London.
