Protesters to march on Irish Parliament over death of Congo-born man detained by security guards
Protesters are set to gather outside the Irish Parliament on Thursday after a 35-year-old Congolese man died in hospital following his detention by security guards over an alleged shoplifting incident. Social media footage described as 'disturbing' shows the man restrained face down on Henry Street in Dublin last Friday.
